Any advertisement should be submitted electronically and may include photos, art, and text. The submission should be in high-resolution PDF or JPEG. The PDF format is preferred. The Journal Committee members have the right to reject any advertising deemed to be in poor taste, libelous, or otherwise unacceptable. The deadline for submission is 45 days prior to the publication date.  Submissions must be paid prior to publishing.
